Blondeaktige kremmerhus! Hemmagjord spetskex! Vintage Lace Cookies!

Hemmagjord spetskex! Enkelt, men så gott, tycker jag.

Handmade Beautiful Vintage Cookies!
You will need:

3 eggs
150 grams flour
150 grams melted butter
150 grams sugar
1/2 tsb. cardamom

(Krumkake Iron to bake the cakes and a cone former)

Whisk eggs and sugar at full speed about 5 minutes. Add melted cold butter, flour and cardamom. Leave batter for at least 1 hour to rest.
Spoon 1 teaspoon of batter on the centre of the iron. Close iron, squeezing handles lightly together to spread the batter. Bake for 30 seconds, or until light brown in color. Open iron and immediately roll cookie around a "Krumkake" cone. (Wooden one on the above photo)
Store in tightly container in order to retain crispness.
Krumkake are delicious served alone or filled with ice cream or whipped cream with berries. I prefer Cloudberries or Raspberries.
