Fikapaus - Coffee Break

Mmmm..
Spicy cream of chocolate cake with marinated apricot.

The Spanish have their "siesta" and means a break with a nap, and the Swedish people have their "fika". Traditional "fikapaus" is just as essential in Swedish life as the siesta in Spanish life. Likewise, it is regularly enjoyed by everyone. A "Fika" equals having a social coffee break/kafferast usually with friends, relatives or colleagues, and it consists of drinking coffee and something sweet baked to eat.
